Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include the tracking number with your return. Refunds for the purchase price will be issued once we receive the returned items. Please note, all returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to shipment.

Received a Faulty Item?
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the fault
  • For delivery damage, include a photo of the damaged parcel

Claims for delivery damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed without proof of damage.

Received the Wrong Item?
If you received the incorrect item, please reach out to our support team promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received
  • A photo of the item you received

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Faulty Products
Returns for faulty, damaged, or defective items are free of charge.

Returning Items for Other Reasons
If you need to return an item due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing it, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend obtaining a return receipt for tracking purposes.
